Funk-Busters: Turning Sad Girl Days to Bad Girl Days | Ep 19

After a few (what I like to call) sad girl days in a row, I thought to myself "there has to be some quick tips to turn these days around."

 

I'm not talking about crisis or grief... I'm talking about a FUNK.

 

While I am a huge proponent of sitting with emotions, feeling into them, and taking time to rest, we know that continuing to be a functioning member of society does not always allow that kind of flexibility. Today I'm sharing some research from Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor about the 4 brain characters, as well as some tips to help move your mindset out of the depths of a funk.
